Halal Daddy

While managing a run down abattoir, young Muslim Raghdan Aziz stumbles through cultural chaos and generational conflicts, dealing with enraged fathers, stoned buddies and an alleged ex-lover of his girlfriend.

The fun challenge on this movie was to write a score that is informed by Indian, Middle Eastern, Irish and African elements and source music (Radio, Club, Indian Restaurant…) that runs the gamut from Reggae to Surf Rock to Dance to Indian to Gypsy music and more…
